I had pipe leaks on my water heater, I called First Class Plumbing and Shawn answered the phone. I’m lucky enough to get scheduled and squeezed me in on his busy week schedule. Shawn is very reliable! He knows what needs to be done, he is also knowledgeable on what he’s been doing and even fix my water heater vent! The quote that he gave me on the phone will take 2 hours to get it fix, but when they arrived Shawn and his son start the job right away and it only took them 40mins to fixed it! Thank you very much Shawn! Highly recommend these people and will call them next time if there’s any problem!

During my hot water heater emergency, Shawn and his son took time out of their weekend to install a new system in a timely and efficient manner. Communication was super clear as well. I am so grateful for the time Shawn spent answering my questions, and I will be sure to use First Class Plumbing and Heating for all my home needs moving forward. I cannot recommend this service enough!!!!

When was the last time you made an after-hours, emergency (no heat) first-time phone call to a provider that pulled off the road, looked at text pictures, and talked you through restoring heat? This is the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing and heating specialist.
